Salmon
There are many types of salmon, but our interest is the Atlantic salmon (salmo salar). They are fish shaped like a missile with a small head when compared to their body. They have strong, conic and sharp teeth located in the forepart of the jaw. Jaws arch when males are mating. Their skin is greyish blue covered by small scales, with dark spots found above the lateral line. They have a rosy flesh, the more intense the more crustaceans based their diet is. It can reach up to 1.5 meters and weigh up to 36 kilograms. They are oily and salt or fresh water fish.
