Para esta receta, son necesarias las siguientes elaboraciones:

- Cortar las puntas de carne cocida en trozos regulares, aprovechar la carne cocida de otras elaboraciones.
MONTAJE
- Rellenar las tartaletas con la farsa, espolvorear un poco de queso mozzarella por encima y gratinar.
- Colocar en el plato un poco de muselina y la tartaleta encima.
