Para esta receta, son necesarias las siguientes elaboraciones:
SERVICIO
- Durante el servicio preparar una sartén (o una basculante dependiendo de la cantidad a elaborar) con abundante aceite caliente y freír los huevos eliminando después el exceso de aceite, de forma simultánea calentaremos la piperrada y la coliflor.
