Elaboration
  • Clean the lettuce and tomato, rinse, dry and set aside.
  • Cut the tomato into thin slices.
  • Cut the avocado in  dices  of  0.5 cm, dress with the olive oil, salt , white pepper and some lemon drops.Set aside
  • Prepare the sandwich  filling  with the cream cheese, chopped walnuts and  avocado.

For the sauce:

  • Mix the mayonnaise, honey and mustard with a whisk.

SET UP

  • Place a layer of the filling on each slice of bread. Put a lettuce leaf and two tomato slices in the center.
  • Pour the sauce over the tomato (optional).

Notes

  • The bread slices can be replaced by a multicereal bread.
