Para esta receta, son necesarias las siguientes elaboraciones:
MONTAJE
- Cortar con un corta pastas el hojaldre en forma de cuadrado de 15X15 cm.
- Cortar para formar el molinillo sin llegar al centro.
- Colocar sobre el centro el confruti de frambuesa.
- Doblar las puntas hacia dentro, sobre el confruti para que quede adherido.
- Pintar con huevo el hojaldre para que adquiera brillo al hornear.
- Meter al horno a 220 ºC hasta que el hojaldre esté hecho.
- Sacar y dejar enfriar, poner un botón en centro de crema pastelera, espolvorear con azúcar glass antihumedad y sobre esta media guinda roja.
- Emplatar acompañado de coulis de frambuesa o crema inglesa de chocolate.
