Courgette 0.2 kg
Onion 0.15 kg

Elaboration

PREELABORATION 

  • Laminate the cheese.
  • Dice the onion and the zucchini into 1x1 cm dices. 
  • Brunoise the parsley thinly. 

ELABORATION

  • Make pizza dough. 
  • Elaborate a tomato sauce.
  • Steam the eggs.
  • Sauté the vegetables from the filling for hardness order. .
  • Once the onion is sauteed add the tomato sauce.  
  • Spread the dough on a baking tray and add two layers of vegetable stuff and cheese. Between layers add parsley and the basil. 
    Cover with the dough. Bake at 200 ºC for 30 minutes. 
  • Cut with the pizza cutter. 
  • Plate and serve.
