Elaboration
PREELABORATION
- Laminate the cheese.
- Dice the onion and the zucchini into 1x1 cm dices.
- Brunoise the parsley thinly.
ELABORATION
- Make pizza dough.
- Elaborate a tomato sauce.
- Steam the eggs.
- Sauté the vegetables from the filling for hardness order. .
- Once the onion is sauteed add the tomato sauce.
- Spread the dough on a baking tray and add two layers of vegetable stuff and cheese. Between layers add parsley and the basil.
Cover with the dough. Bake at 200 ºC for 30 minutes. - Cut with the pizza cutter.
- Plate and serve.
