Oat drinks are made from oat beans.
It’s obtained by soaking, crushing and filtering oat.
It’s an alternative to regular milk, especially in vegan and low-fat diets.
It doesn’t contain any cholesterol and it has half the fat, the calories and as much vitamins but more iron than cow milk. Even though it’s suitable for lactose intolerants, it can still cause allergy.
