      Elaboration
    - Clean the lettuce and tomato, rinse, dry and set aside.
- Cut the tomato into thin slices.
- Cut the avocado in dices of 0.5 cm, dress with the olive oil, salt , white pepper and some lemon drops.Set aside
- Prepare the sandwich filling with the cream cheese, chopped walnuts and avocado.
For the sauce:
- Mix the mayonnaise, honey and mustard with a whisk.
SET UP
- Place a layer of the filling on each slice of bread. Put a lettuce leaf and two tomato slices in the center.
- Pour the sauce over the tomato (optional).
Notes
- The bread slices can be replaced by a multicereal bread.
