Elaboration
- Boil the milk with the cinnamon stick and the orange and lemon zest (optional).
- Add the eggs and mix.
- When the milk is well infused, take out the cinnamon and zest and add the rest of the mixture previously passed through a chinese colander.
- Stir the mixture continuously until it boils and thickens.
- Take off the heat and cool it quickly.
