Elaboration
  • Chop some garlic and parsley.
  • Make a white broth.
  • Fry gently the garlic with a strong flavoured olive oil, add the rice and then, leave to heat.
  • Soak with the boiling white broth.
  • Add salt, leave to boil, and toss a few drops of lemon juice. Place into the oven for 15 minutes at 180 ºC. Once it is cooked, leave to rest outside the oven for 5-10 minutes and sprinkle it with parsley.
