Para la elaboración de este plato son necesarias las siguientes recetas:

- Sorbete de pera Williams-hierbaluisa.
- Falso bizcocho de pera-jengibre.
- Aire de jengibre.
- Bizcocho de cereales.
- Brunoise de pera blanquilla
- Cheesecake de cereales.
- Híbrido de Corn Flakes.
EMPLATADO
- Colocar varias migas de bizcocho de cereales desmigado en el centro del plato sopero.
- Poner varios trozos de cheesecake alrededor de los trozos de bizcocho desmigado.
- Disponer dados de pera alrededor de los elementos anteriores.
- Colocar trozos de falso bizcocho de pera-jengibre intercalados con los elementos anteriores.
- Colocar una quenefa de sorbete sobre un trozo de bizcocho para evitar que se mueva.
- Disponer varias cucharadas de aire de jengibre sobre distintos elementos del plato.
- Decorar la quenefa de sorbete con trocitos de híbrido de Corn Flakes.
