Elaboration
  • Prepare five ham and cheese sandwiches and set aside. 
  • Work the butter to  a pomade.
  • Grill the bacon until crispy.
  • Prepare the bechamel.
  • Spread the butter onto the  five bread slices and  toast on both sides. Set aside. 

SET UP

  • Place four grilled bacon rashers on top of the ham and cheese sandwiches.
  • Cover the bacon  with a slice of bread.
  • Cover with the bechamel.
  • Sprinkle with grated cheese.
  • Gratinate.
  • Place on a plate with a knife and fork.
