Elaboration
Para esta receta, son necesarias las siguientes elaboraciones:
- Elaborar las hamburguesas caseras de 180 g cada una.
- Asar las hamburguesas en la plancha o la parrilla y calentar en el horno.
- Para la patata asada gratinada:
- Lavar las patatas y envolverlas en papel aluminio una por una.
- Asar en el horno las patatas enteras con piel, pinchar con una brocheta para comprobar que estén blandas.
- Elaborar un aceite picante infusionando el aceite de oliva con las cayenas partidas.
- Partir por la mitad, condimentar con sal y aceite picante, añadir los dos quesos rallados.
- Meter al horno para gratinar.
- Para la ensalada coleslaw:
- Juntar la col finamente picada con la zanahoria rallada y la manzana cortada en juliana.
- Elaborar la salsa mezclando la mahonesa, el yogur, el vinagre, la pimienta y el azúcar. Aligerar con leche hasta que tenga una consistencia ligera.
MONTAJE
- Colocar la hamburguesa en la barqueta junto con media patata gratinada y la ensalada coleslaw.
- Termosellar el envase.
REGENERACIÓN
- Separar la ensalada a otro recipiente y calentar en microondas a máxima potencia durante 3 o 4 minutos.
