Elaboration
Para elaborar esta receta se necesitan las siguientes elaboraciones:
Elaboración:
- Cortar el bizcocho longitudinalmente en 2 mitades.
- Añadir a cada capa el almíbar.
- Con ayuda de una manga con boquilla rizada, escudillar el frosting encima de una capa del bizcocho que será la base de la tarta.
- Colocar la otra capa de bizcocho encima y añadir nuevamente almíbar.
- Bañar la superficie de la tarta con la glasa. Debe cubrir la parte superior y caer un poco por los bordes de la tarta (efecto drip cake).
- Decorar con botones del frosting.
- Para finalizar, colocar los discos de limón glaseado sobre los botones.
