      Elaboration
    - Cook the peeled garlic cloves in water and salt for 5 minutes.
 - Drain and cook the garlic cloves in oil for 5 minutes, remove and set the oil aside.
 - cook the garlic cloves again in the cream for about 10 minutes.
 - Pour into a blender glass, blend and smooth using the garlic's oil.
 - Finally salt to taste.
