Elaboration
For the hamburger:
- Mince the beef and pork.
- Mix with the sautéed garlic chopped into brunoise, parsley, milk, eggs, salt, pepper and grated cheese.
- Form hamburgers of about 140 g each.
- Wash and disinfect the lettuce and tomato and then slice the tomato.
- Cook the hamburger on the griddle or grill until it is well cooked inside.
- Cook the egg on the griddle.
- Place the lettuce and tomato on the hamburger bun, then the meat on top and the cheese and egg on top of the meat.
HOW TO PLATE UP
- Fry straw potatoes.
