Elaboration
  • Firstly prepare a white stock; in a separate pan fry the garlic, the carrot and the leak with oil.
  • Once the vegetables are tender, add the meat (bottom round) and the chicken cut into cubes of 2 cm and cook everything together.
  • Add the sweet pepper cut into cubes.
  • In the pan where the rice will be cooked, add the vegetables with the meat, the peppers, the peas and the mushrooms cut into slices.
  • Add the rice and cover with white stock and let cook for around 15 minutes. Finally, add some drops of lemon juice and salt.
  • Make sure the mixture is cooked and remove from the heat. Let sit some minutes before serving.
