Elaboration
- Preheat the oven to 200 ºC.
- Make a butter puff pastry, roll until it is 1.5 mm thick, prick the sheet on both sides so that it does not rise and put it in the freezer to harden.
- Sprinkle the royal glaze over the puff pastry and cover the surface with the pistachios, chopped pine nuts and put it in the freezer to harden.
- Take the puff pastry out of the freezer, slightly loosen it and cut it into sticks.
- Bake in the oven at 200 ºC.
- Store in a cool dry place.
