For this recipe the following elaborations are needed:  

  • Peel the tomatoes. 
  • Cut the tomatoes into wedges. 
  • Cut the cheese into 2 cm dices.
  • Prepare the dressing. 

ASSEMBLY 

  • Place the tomato and over it place the diced cheese, the walnuts and the olives. 
  • Dress it. 
  • Decorate with a basil leaf.
