Para esta receta, son necesarias las siguientes elaboraciones:
MONTAJE
- En un molde redondo de teflón espolvorear azúcar y cubrir con trozos de mantequilla.
- Lavar las manzanas, descorazonarlas, pelarlas e introducirlas en un barreño con agua y zumo de limón.
- Rellenar con la manzana en forma perpendicular y apretando bien el molde de teflón.
- Hornear a 180 ºC.
- Una vez cocida la manzana, cubrir el molde con un disco de recortes de hojaldre de tamaño superior y volver a introducirlo en el horno.
- Dejar templar y desmoldear.
