Para esta receta, son necesarias las siguientes elaboraciones:
ELABORACIÓN
- Elaborar la pasta sablé de chocolate.
- Forrar el molde y hornear en blanco.
- Batir el queso de untar junto con el azúcar y el cacao en polvo hasta que estén bien integrados.
- Agregar el Baileys y la cobertura de leche fundida y mezclar.
- Verter sobre la base de pasta sablé, la cual tiene que estar previamente horneada.
- Reservar en cámara al menos 4 horas.
- Verter la ganache sobre la cheesecake, asegurándonos de que se distribuya por toda la superficie.
- Conservar en cámara hasta que solidifique (aproximadamente 1 hora).
- Rellenar una manga pastelera con boquilla rizada la con la trufa rápida de Baileys y decorar el cheesecake.
