Elaboration
- Cream the butter.
- Add icing sugar and mix.
- Add egg, vanilla flavouring and mix.
- Add flour and mix.
- Leave to stand in the fridge or in a cold environment.
- For simple pastries, roll out the dough to about 5 mm to 10 mm, and, for double pastries, 5 mm.
- Bake at 160 ºC for 10 to 15 minutes.
