Elaboration
- Emulsionar los huevos con el azúcar.
- Fundir la mantequilla y el chocolate. Añadir la sal e incorporar la mezcla a la emulsión anterior con movimientos envolventes.
- Añadir el extracto de vainilla y la ralladura de limón.
- Incorporar la harina previamente tamizada con movimientos envolventes.
- Añadir los pistachos ligeramente picados.
- Hornear a 190 ºC aproximadamente 20 minutos.
