Elaboration
- Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
- Dice the cold butter.
- Mix all the ingredients in a basin except the eggs and yolks.
- Mix until you get a sandstone dough.
- Add the eggs and the yolks and whisk until well mixed.
- Let the dough rest in the fridge.
- Use as desired (cake bases, casing of molds, tea pastes, etc.) and bake.
