For this recipe, the following elaborations are needed:

  • Preparing baked fish
  • Cut the potatoes ( baker’s potatoes) into 3 mm slices and gently fry them. Spread  them out on to a baking tray and season.
  • Plate up the fish and the potatoes, either placing the potatoes  underneath the fish or serving them on the side.
