Vinegar, (from latin vinum acre, sour wine) is a soluble liquid with a sour taste that comes from the acetic fermentation of alcohol, wine and apple (through the aid of the Mycoderma aceti bacteria)
Vinegar has a concentration that goes from 3 to 5 % of acetic acid in water.
Natural vinegars also contain small quantities of tartaric and citric acid.
