For this recipe, you will need to make the following preparations:
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat the oven to 220 ºC.
- Bake the puff pastry and cut it into the desired shape (round or rectangular).
- Place a puff pastry piece on the bottom, then spread the buttercream on top. Layer the pieces of puff pastry and the buttercream.
- Make a three-layered cake and spread some more buttercream on top so that you can decorate the cake with ground almond.
- Decorate with icing sugar.
- Beautifully pipe some more buttercream around the edge.
