Elaboration
- Preheat the oven to 180 ºC.
- Use room temperature butter.
- Beat the eggs together with the sugar, the salt and the honey until obtaining a whitish colour.
- Add the butter and mix.
- Once the butter is well mixed, fold in the flour and the raising agent little by little, with the help of a spatula.
- Pour the batter into the moulds. Fill half way.
- Bake for 50 minutes at 180 ºC. After 35 minutes, cover with aluminium foil.
- Let cool and once lukewarm, place into a bag. This will make them “sweat” and therefore be softer.
Notes
- In a modular oven, program 3 (upper heat) - 4 (door zone heat) - 3 (bottom heat), air intake open.
