Plain flour 0.5 kg
Butter 0.5 kg
Sugar 0.4 kg
Eggs 7.5 ud
Honey 0.05 kg
Table salt 0.008 g

  • Preheat the oven to 180 ºC.
  • Use room temperature butter.
  • Beat the eggs together with the sugar, the salt and the honey until obtaining a whitish colour.
  • Add the butter and mix.
  • Once the butter is well mixed, fold in the flour and the raising agent little by little, with the help of a spatula.
  • Pour the batter into the moulds. Fill half way.
  • Bake for 50 minutes at 180 ºC. After 35 minutes, cover with aluminium foil.
  • Let cool and once lukewarm, place into a bag. This will make them “sweat” and therefore be softer.


  • In a modular oven, program 3 (upper heat) - 4 (door zone heat) - 3 (bottom heat), air intake open.
