Elaboration
  • Chop some garlic and parsley.
  • Make a fumet.  
  • Fry gently the garlic with olive oil, add the rice and leave to heat.
  • Add the fumet when it is very hot.
  • Season with salt, leave to boil, and toss a few drops of lemon juice. Place it covered into the oven for 18 minutes at 180 ºC. Once it is cooked, leave to rest outside the oven for 10 minutes and sprinkle it with parsley.
