Elaboration
  • Make a vegetable stock and reduce it until it thickens.
  • Steam or boil the vegetables together if they are frozen. If using fresh vegetables cook them separately.

SET UP

  • Add the reduced stock to the cooked vegetables, place the diced bacon on top.
  • While it is browning in the oven, make a stir-fry with intense olive oil and when it comes out of the oven, add it on top along with the onion and paprika.
  • Stir vigorously so that the oil and the stock mix and emulsify.
