Elaboration
  • Preheat the oven to 160 ºC.
  • Soften the butter.
  • Add sugar, flour, salt, Chai tea and mix until obtaining a smooth dough.
  • Keep in the refrigerator until cold.
  • Stretch the dough until it is 1 cm thick, place it on a 1 cm thick baking paper and bake in the oven.
  • Sear in the oven (2 cm x 2 cm) when the dough is 3/4 of the way through cooking.
  • Set aside in a tupperware or something similar.
