Elaboration
- Preheat the oven to 160 ºC.
- Soften the butter.
- Add sugar, flour, salt, Chai tea and mix until obtaining a smooth dough.
- Keep in the refrigerator until cold.
- Stretch the dough until it is 1 cm thick, place it on a 1 cm thick baking paper and bake in the oven.
- Sear in the oven (2 cm x 2 cm) when the dough is 3/4 of the way through cooking.
- Set aside in a tupperware or something similar.
