Elaboration
- Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
- Grate the orange.
- Put the margerine creamy.
- Combine the plain sugar and brown sugar to the margarine and mix well.
- Add the orange juice and orange zest.
- Sift, weigh and add the flour, whisking just enough to mix thoroughly.
- Allow solution to cool for 15 minutes inside a pastry bag in a refrigerator.
- Make a mat of strands on the baking paper and bake them.
- Once they are baked and still hot,roll them up by using a round metal cooking ring or pasta cutter, then let them cool before removing from the mold.
