For this recipe, the following elaborations are needed:

SET UP

  • Divide the hot patissiere cream into three parts.
  • Set aside one part of the cream, in another dissolve the chocolate. Lastly dissolve the coffee in the third part thereby achieving three different flavors.
  • Fill the choux with the creams.
  • Sprinkle with icing sugar.
  • Serve three different flavored choux per serving.
  • Plate up and serve with strawberry coulis.
