For this recipe, the following elaborations are needed:
SET UP
- Divide the hot patissiere cream into three parts.
- Set aside one part of the cream, in another dissolve the chocolate. Lastly dissolve the coffee in the third part thereby achieving three different flavors.
- Fill the choux with the creams.
- Sprinkle with icing sugar.
- Serve three different flavored choux per serving.
- Plate up and serve with strawberry coulis.
