For this recipe, the following preparations are necessary:
ASSENBLY
- Prepare the crumble, bake it in the oven, grind it into powder and weigh it.
- Melt the milk chocolate coating with the cocoa butter.
- Add the praline, the cocoa, the warm milk at about 40 ºC and mix carefully.
- Add the crumble and mix with a Turmix.
