Elaboration
  • Preheat the oven to 180 ºC.
  • Sieve the flours with the yeast and the cinnamon. Add the sugar, mix and add the oil and the soya milk. Mix without whipping too much until you get a light dough.
  • Add the apples already peeled and cut into small cubes (light brunoise) and the chopped walnuts.
  • Put the mixture in the moulds and bake at 180 ºC, the air intake closed for 20 minutes and then open it for about 10 minutes more. Make sure that they are cooked through.
  • Let cool.
