- Cocer al vapor el guisante fresco.
- Triturar el sésamo tostado y emulsionarlo con aceite de oliva suave
- Escaldar lose ajos y hacer el zumo de 2 limones.
- Triturar en la Termomix el guisante cocido, el sésamo emulsionado, el ajo, el comino, el cilantro y el zumo de limón, hasta conseguir una pasta espesa y homogeneizada.
- Poner a punto de sal y listo.
