Elaboration
  • Cocer al vapor el guisante fresco.
  • Triturar el sésamo tostado y emulsionarlo con aceite de oliva suave
  • Escaldar lose ajos y hacer el zumo de 2 limones.
  • Triturar en la Termomix el guisante cocido, el sésamo emulsionado, el ajo, el comino, el cilantro y el zumo de limón, hasta conseguir una pasta espesa y homogeneizada. 
  • Poner a punto de sal y listo.
