Hypertrophic inflorescence of a) variety of cabbage. It has a white, dense and firm head which is composed of numerous fleshy ramifications. It is surrounded by green leaves that break easily. Its bluish-green colour guarantees the freshness of the cauliflower.
Cauliflower does not contain a lot of calories (30Kcal per 100g). It is rich in sulfur, potassium, iron and vitamins and it is the easiest cabbage to digestion.
