Elaboration
  • Clean and boil the cauliflower. 
  • Make a fried sauce with the garlic chopped into slices and olive oil.
  • Chop the parsley into brunoise.
  • Cut the bacon into strips.

SET UP

  • Spread the cauliflower on the baking sheet and add the fried garlic and bacon on top.
  • Bake and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
