Green beans 1.25 kg
Bacon 0.1 kg
Elaboration
  • Peel and chop the potatoes into 2cm dices. Steam.
  • Wash the green beans. Chop into strips and cook with plenty of salted water.
  • Chop the bacon into small squares.
  • Place the green beans, the potatoes and the bacon on an oven tray. Bake everything at 180 ºC until the bacon browns.
  • Fry some sliced garlic and add to the green beans.
