Elaboration
  • Pre-heat avon to 150 ºC
  • Roast the two flours.
  • Crush all the spices together.
  • In an electric mixer, blend all the ingredientes except the second icing sugar.
  • Mix until we get an homogeneus and soft dough.
  • Roll the dough to a 1cm or 1,5cm thickness.
  • Cut pieces with a cookie cutter.
  • Place on a baking tray with baking paper and bake for 15/18 minutos.
  • When a little cool, sprinkle with icing sugar.
