Elaboration
- In a large bowl add all the ingredients except for the flour. Mix these ingredients until combined.
- Add in the flour and knead until you get a smooth dough.
- Bulk ferment the dough for 2 or 3 hours, or even overnight.
- Divide the dough into 20 g. balls and let them rest for 20 minutes.
- Steam them at 100 ºC for 13 minutes.
