Elaboration
- Preheat the oven to 180 ºC.
- Whip the butter in a bowl with the help of a balloon whisk.
- Add the sugar and mix well.
- Add the egg whites and set.
- Add the sifted flour, the vanilla and mix.
- Put the mixture in a pastry bag and leave it aside for 20 minutes in the fridge to cool.
- Make thin strips on a baking tray covered with baking paper and bake.
- Roll while hot each strip around a thin tube (as soon as you take the baking tray from the oven).
- Keep it in the stove.
Notes:
- It is important that all the ingredients are at the same room temperature.
