Elaboration
- Preheat the oven at 160 ºC.
- Peel, core and dice the apple into small cubes.
- Mix the flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon previously sifted. Let it rest in a bowl.
- Melt the butter.
- Once melted, mix with brown sugar, egg and milk. Reverve in a bowl.
- Add the liquids to the solids gradually, stirring until the mixture becomes homogeneus. Then, add the apple.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes.
