Elaboration
- Precalentar el horno a 180 ºC.
- Mezclar el almidón de maíz con el impulsor, tamizar y reservar.
- En un bol de batidora añadir la mezcla anterior.
- Seguidamente incorporar la sal y el azúcar.
- Rallar el queso feta y mezclar con el queso rallado.
- Incorporar al bowl los quesos, la mantequilla y el huevo.
- Mezclar los ingredientes con pala a velocidad baja. Prolongar hasta que queden integrados.
- Agregar la leche lentamente hasta obtener una masa suave.
- Hacer bolítas de 60 g y estirar en forma de barra de aproximadamente 10 centímetros de longuitud. Seguidamente, unir las puntas para dar forma de rosquilla.
- Hornear aproximadamente durante 25 minutos o hasta que estén dorados.
