Elaboration
For this recipe, the following preparations are needed:
- White stock
- For the risotto:
- Sauté the chopped garlic in oil, add the rice, the white stock, grated cheese, add salt to taste and add the cooked ham.
- Bake in the oven for 18 minutes. When finished baking add previously thickened cream, stirring until all the ingredients are well mixed together.
- Let stand for 10 minutes.
