Elaboration
  • Preheat the oven to 200 ºC.
  • Blend the margarine.
  • Whip the margarine and the sugar until you get a cream.
  • Grate the carrots.
  • Add to the mixture and continue to whip.
  • Sieve the flour.
  • Add the dry ingredients: the flour, vanilla essence, salt and the baking powder.
  • Mix well.
  • Make balls of 20 g each.
  • Bake for 15 minutes or until the cookies are golden brown.
