Elaboration
- Preheat the oven to 200 ºC.
- Blend the margarine.
- Whip the margarine and the sugar until you get a cream.
- Grate the carrots.
- Add to the mixture and continue to whip.
- Sieve the flour.
- Add the dry ingredients: the flour, vanilla essence, salt and the baking powder.
- Mix well.
- Make balls of 20 g each.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until the cookies are golden brown.
Notes:
- In a modular oven, program 3/1/2, fan assisted.
