Elaboration
- Preheat the oven to 180 ºC.
- Grate the orange.
- Whip the butter till soft.
- Add the white and brown sugar to the butter and mix well.
- Add the orange juice and the orange zest.
- Sift, weigh and incorporate the flour whipping just enough to mix it well.
- Cool for 15 minutes in the fridge.
- Form strips on baking paper, add the chopped pine nuts and bake.
- Once baked and while they're hot, roll them around a mould forming a tube shape.
