Elaboration
- Chop the tomatoes into slices of 1 or 2 cm and save for later.
- Slice the bread.
- Toast the bread in the oven at 180 ºC for 12 minutes.
- Drain the chickpeas.
- Add tahini, olive oil and lemon juice. Grind until a smooth texture is obtained and sieve if necessary.
- Place the hummus over the tomato slices and sprinkle with a little paprika.
- Slightly dip the slices of bread into the hummus, as seen in the picture.
