Elaboration
- Cook the sweet potato and the garlic in the oven at 180 ºC.
- Peel and mash the sweet potato along with the garlic, add milk, grated Idiazabal cheese and extra virgin olive oil.
- Add salt, black pepper and nutmeg to taste.
