Para esta receta, son necesarias las siguientes elaboraciones:
- Cortar las verduras:
- El calabacín en forma de noodles o tiras y escaldarlo.
- El tomate en dados 1 cm.
- Pelar y cortar el aguacate en medias lunas, condimentar con zumo de limón, sal y pimienta blanca.
- Pelar la zanahoria, rallarla o cortarla en espirales.
- Pelar y cortar la piña y el mango en dados de 1 cm.
- Cocer el arroz a la inglesa.
MONTAJE
- De base colocar el arroz.
- Encima colocar el resto de ingredientes con gusto.
- Espolvorear con la cebolla deshidratada.
- Elegir una salsa para condimentar el poke.
ENVASADO
- Termosellar las barquetas.
